For Australian trade businesses

The office your business can't afford to hire.

TradieOS answers the phone, qualifies and books the job, drafts the quote from your own price book, takes the deposit and chases the invoice — so you win more work, get paid sooner, and spend less time on admin.

An example work item. One job carries one reference from the first ring to the paid invoice, and everything done to it is written underneath.

What it does

An office that never misses a call.

The AI acts and you stay in control: it answers, qualifies, quotes, books, invoices and chases, and you confirm or correct it.

  • Answers every call

Day or night, in an Australian accent. The caller is matched to their existing record where the number is known, and every call is recorded, transcribed and filed against the job.

  • Handles an emergency properly

The urgent path opens with your own safety script, checks the address is inside your service area, and states your call-out fee before anything is booked.

  • Quotes from your price book

The AI drafts the quote, but it can only choose items you have priced yourself, and you approve or edit it before it is sent. It never invents a price.

  • Books the time, then takes the deposit

The customer picks a real slot before they pay anything, and the slot is held for fifteen minutes while the payment goes through. An unpaid hold releases itself.

  • Waits for parts, refills gaps

A job that needs a part gets no start date until the part is on its way. A cancelled slot is offered straight back out, urgent jobs first, then whoever is already near your day.

  • Invoices, then chases until you're paid

One tap marks the job complete and the invoice goes out with GST shown, the deposit credited and your terms attached. The chase checks the payment status before every send and stops the moment the money lands.

How it runs

From the first ring to the money in.

Four steps, one work item, and a record of every one of them.

  1. The call is answered

The caller is put through your own menu — urgent, a quote, accept and book, cancel, or leave a message — and an emergency is qualified on the spot.

  2. The job is quoted

Photos come in over a tokenised link with no app to install, and the quote is drafted from your price book for you to approve.

  3. The customer books and pays the deposit

They choose a slot that fits your day — drive time, breaks and blocked time included — and the booking stays tentative until you approve it.

  4. The work is done and the money comes in

Mark it complete, the invoice goes out, and the follow-up runs itself. On day twenty-one an unpaid invoice is handed back to you with the whole chase history.

Read the whole run

Who decides

You stay in control of all of it.

Every automated action is visible, attributable, and correctable.

  • Nothing is confirmed behind your back

Bookings the AI makes are tentative and queue up for you with the customer, address, job, proposed time, drive time and photos. Approve, amend the time, or decline.

  • A timeline you can audit

Every message sent, every call taken and every decision made is logged in order against the customer and the job.

  • An off switch that means off

Turn AI answering off, or put it on a schedule. Calls ring you as they always did, and your website stays live.

  • Reviews asked for, never steered

A review is asked for once the invoice is paid, and skipped after a dispute or a complaint. What the customer writes is never filtered, pre-screened or redirected.
