The run
What happens, in order.

The phone is answered
Every call is answered, recorded and transcribed, and filed against the customer. A caller can ask for a person at any point and you are told — the AI never claims to be one.
An emergency is qualified before it interrupts you
Your safety script is read first, the address is checked against your service area, the problem and a callback number are taken, and your call-out fee is stated before anything is booked. Then you get a short window to accept, decline, or call the customer yourself.
The quote is drafted from your price book
Job details and photos arrive over a tokenised link with no app to install. The AI may only select items you have priced, flags anything unusual it sees, and you approve or edit before it goes out.
The customer picks a time, then pays
Slots respect your existing jobs, your drive time, your breaks and your working hours. The customer selects one before any deposit is taken, and it is held for fifteen minutes while they pay; an unpaid hold releases itself back onto the calendar.
Parts, moves and cancellations look after themselves
A job flagged for parts gets no start date until they are on their way, and the customer is offered booking the moment they land. Move a job and the customer is told. Cancel one and the freed slot is offered on, urgent jobs first.
One tap completes the job and invoices it
The invoice is built from the job record — GST shown, the deposit credited, your terms attached — and emailed straight away with a card link and your bank details.
The chase runs until the money lands
A reminder before it is due, then an escalating sequence you can edit or pause. Payment is verified before every send, so nobody who has already paid is ever chased.
